AUSTRALIAN seafood contains higher levels of Omega-3 oils - active against coronary heart disease, high blood pressure and rheumatoid arthritis - than other protein sources, according to research results announced by the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO).
