Abstract

The Indonesian archipelago contains large areas of coral reef that are scattered across many local districts and provinces. This paper analyses regional government policies and regulations in the Riau Archipelago, Selayar, and Biak Numfor districts of Indonesia concerned with coastal and marine management, particularly coral reef management.
