Abstract

Agenda Item 18 on the Thematic programmes of work—review, further elaboration and refinement: biological diversity of inland water ecosystems and marine and coastal biological diversity was first discussed at the Seventh Meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity on 13 February 2004 at Kuala Lumpur.
