Abstract

TD organized a five-day training course on Navigation and Safety at Sea for Thai Fishery Officers. The training was organized from 18 to 22 August 2008 under the financial support by the Thai government. Twenty participants from four fishery research centers in Thailand joined the training course, which focused on: Principle of Navigation, Radars Technology for Navigation, Law of the Sea, Radio and Vessel Communication, Safety at Sea, and so on.
