Abstract

The Signing Ceremony of the Renewed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Fisheries Research Agency (FRA) of Japan and SEAFDEC for Scientific & Technical Cooperation was held at the Boon Indrambarya Building in the Faculty of Fisheries of Kasetsart University, Bangkok, Thailand on 23 January 2014. The initial five-year MOU between SEAFDEC and FRA to establish a “Scientific and Technical Cooperation” was first signed in 2004, and was extended for another five years starting 2009.
