Mark your calendar -- that is, May 7-11, 2003 -- as the aquaculture industry gathers for the 1st Philippine Aquaculture Congress and Exhibition (PACE) at the Bacolod Convention Plaza Hotel, Bacolod City. It will bring together leading entrepreneurs, researchers, policymakers, representatives from GOs and NGOs, and industry suppliers to discuss technologies and issues that will promote private sector growth and modernization.
