Abstract
The new SEAFDEC Secretary-General Mr. Udom Bhatiyasevi was in AQD on 4-6 June 1997. His visit allowed him to discuss the SEAFDEC Financial Staff Exchange Program for finance officers of the Secretariat as well as the four Departments. He granted this short interview to writer Marilyn Surtida.
