Abstract

The Aquaculture Europe 2002 Conference, Seafarming - Today and Tomorrow organised by the European Aquaculture Society (EAS) will be addressing the central theme of the present status and future possibilities of marine fish farming. The aquaculture sector, while significantly contributing to satisfying increasing demands for seafood products, is also leading to sociological, economic, environmental and legal changes in many rural and coastal areas.
