Abstract

The Philippine Council for Aquatic Marine Research and Development (PCAMRD), Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) and the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center (SEAFDEC), along with ICLARM-The World Fish Center and supporting organizers, released the second announcement on the International Forum on Tilapia Farming in the 21st Century.
