Abstract

In March 1998, ICLARM – The World Fish Center initiated the Project “Sustainable Management of Coastal Fish Stocks in Asia (ADBRETA No. 5766)”. The project, funded by Asian Development Bank (ADB) is being executed by ICLARM in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams of scientists from eight developing member countries (DMCs) of the bank: Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Viet Nam.
