Abstract
The Asia Pacific Regional Technology Centre (APRTC) is an independent, non-profit, corporation dedicated to improving the welfare and knowledge of developing country farmers and the promotion of sustainable agricultural practices. A priority activity of APRTC is agLe@rn, an distance learning programme targeting the continuing educational needs of agricultural educators and other professionals who serve and support farmers and farming communities.
