Abstract
The term “decent work” has been used by the International Labour Organization (ILO), the United Nations (UN), the Food and Agriculture Organization of the UN (FAO) and the European Union (EU) in recent years in relation to the rights of workers. “Decent work” is considered by the ILO as work which complies with its core fundamental principles, which have been included in a number of ILO Conventions and Recommendations since 1919.
