Abstract

The ASEAN Gender Outlook 2024 is the second edition of this series. Produced jointly by UN Women and the ASEAN Secretariat, in close consultation with ASEAN Member States, it highlights differences in progress for each of the SDGs for women and men. In addition, it brings into focus the paucity of gender for some key emerging areas, such as gender and the environment, and calls for greater investment to accelerate the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the ASEAN Community Vision 2025.
