Abstract

A system of communication like DPH's enables to develop a world-wide network facilitating the transmission of information, from the local to the international, with the aim of enriching the action. To follow the impacts of internationalisation of fishing and to know how to enhance what is worth being conserved in the maritime culture of fishermen, is a task that can be shared by men and women of good-will, throughout the whole world.
