Abstract

Being a study centre Drishti emphasizes to study the issue related to women thoroughly which of course get the authentication, because of the scientific method we adopt. To get the real and clear picture of the Women in India Drishti has initiated the survey with a title 'Status of Women in India'. The main thrust of the survey is Education, Employment & Health of women in India. Drishti published a report based on this study in two volumes. The first volume contains the report of the study on 'Status of Women in India' having three indicators -Education, Employment & Health. Second volume contains the abstracts of the various studies on the specific issues related to women of different areas.
