Abstract

In line with the fisherfolk empowerment program of the Government of Philippines and to achieve sustainable development of fisheries and aquatic resources, attain food security and eradicate poverty among the coastal and inland fishing communities and in pursuant with the Philippines fisheries code, this document provides a list of guidelines.
