Abstract

Where on earth are our precious fish resources going? This is no idle thought. Just look at recent happenings: dramatic conflicts on the high seas between Spanish, French and British fishermen, news of ‘fish wars’ erupting all over the world, doom-and-gloom reports about the state of the world’s fisheries.
