Abstract
A WWF endangered seas campaign project aimed at reversing effects of unsustainable fishing and establishing effective recovery plans by creating economic incentives for sustainable fishing. Contains country based case studies, provides a Model International Agreement on fishing access and calls for new international rules on subsidies to fishery sector.
