Abstract

This workshop report is divided into three parts. The first is a synthesis of the main issues presented and discussed during the two day workshop. The second is an outline of presentations made and plenary discussions in roughly chronological order. The final part is a set of annexes which lists the different participants and presents the final schedule for the workshop.
