Abstract
Mr. Nguyen Hai Nam, Deputy Chairperson of Ngu Loc Commune People’s Committee in Vietnam, expresses the hope that the SSF guidelines will help promote more environmentally friendly and sustainable fishing practices, improve income and livelihood security, and prevent the abuse and exploitation of small-scale fishers and unskilled workers.
