Abstract

This looks into the various objectives of the EU-ACP fisheries agreements and development policy and the impact of these. Provides the perspectives of the South both the artisanal sector (Senegal and Malagasy) and the industrial sector(Namibia). This looks into the perspectives on coherence questions.
