Abstract

This paper provides four preliminary case studies, that illustrates some general life patterns with regard to water depth and distance from shore.This provides case studies of Atlantic herring, North Sea Plaice, Atlantic Cod and deepwater redfish each of which is associated with important fisheries and ecosystems of the North Atlantic.
