Abstract
The judgement held that the rights of the traditional fishermen of Kolleru Lake in Andhra Pradesh, India would not be affected and the fish tanks/bunds that were raised within the sanctuary were illegal since the area is a "sanctuary"/ "protected area" and hence be demolished.
