Abstract

G.S.R. 818(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 read with clause (a) of sub-section (4) of section 7 of the Territorial Waters, Continental Shelf, Exclusive Economic Zone and Other Maritime Zones Act, 1976 (80 of 1976), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules for the exploration, exploitation, conservation, and management of fisheries resources in the exclusive economic zone.
