Abstract
This document is a draft text of agreement on fisheries subsidies derived at the Twelfth Session of the WTO Ministerial Conference, Geneva, 12-15 June 2022. It describes subsidies related to illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing, overfished stock, overcapacity or overfishing and specific provisions made for LDC members, institutional management and dispute settlement under this agreement.
