Abstract

The papers in this compilation aim to bring international legal and technical expertise to bear on some of these challenges. They build on many years of work by ICTSD on trade policy and sustainable fisheries, including through the E15 Initiative co-convened with the World Economic Forum. Together, the papers cover a range of key challenges in the negotiations.
