The FAO organized a Working Session on “FAO Instruments supporting the Sustainability of Traded Fish and Fisheries Products”. The importance of sustainable fisheries and how the existing FAO fish framework could contribute to support a trading system that is sustainable, transparent, predictable and governed by the rule of law, with inclusive participation in international trade were addressed.
