Abstract

The principle of non-discrimination or most favoured nation(MFN) is at the heart of the multilateral system.There are afew WTO sanctioned exceptionsand Article XXIV is amongst the most important. This communication by Australia responds to the comments and requests by Members on the definition of "substantially all trade".
