Abstract

This paper proposes a possible framework of provisions on public interest in the Anti-dumping Agreement by focusing on four main elements- a) public interest, b) minimum factors for consideration to ensure a balanced consideration of public interest, c) right of interested members of the public to present information and d) transparency.
