Abstract

In response to the questions posed by Canada at the ninth meeting of the Negotiating Group on Rules, Egypt clarifies the necessity of the concept of material retardation and threat of material injury, to amend the provisions governing sunset reviews and to introduce a specific lesser duty rule for the developed country Members.
