Abstract

“Sepang Today Aquaculture Centre is a private aquafarming training school in Malaysia,” says owner and president Mr. Khoo Eng Wah. The school offers courses on the culture of two exotic animal species: the American bullfrog and the soft-shelled turtle. What follows is a brief description of the culture method for each, taken from the school’s training brochures.
