Abstract
If conservation programs are struggling to survive and operate in rich countries, it will be even more difficult in the developing world to overcome obstacles and to implement and operate such programs. This is mainly due to the low socioeconomic conditions in project areas. For such reasons, the success of any conservation program demands extensive work, dedication, and creativity. It is not enough to only have knowledge and technical and scientific capacities.
