The electronic version of all CMFRI publications published since 1954 has been released by Dr. S. Ayyappan, Deputy Director General (Fisheries) on 20th August 2009 in the conclave of chairs of RACs & SRCs and Directors of fisheries research institutes. This digitized version includes all CMFRI publications since 1954 consisting of Indian Journal of Fisheries, CMFRI Bulletins, Special publications, Annual Reports, Marine Fisheries Information Service, Project Reports and CMFRI books. More than one lakh pages have been scanned and kept in one DVD.
