Abstract

The thesis seeks to explain the feasibility of the tourism activities for the Moken living in the Surin Island Marine National Park. The Moken, who are a group of indigenous sea nomads who used to wander around the area in the past, has undergone enormous changes in their life from sea wandering to permanent settlement in a protected area.
