Abstract

The negotiations on fisheries subsidies through contributions by Members on a broad range ot topics from new fisheries disciplines, the categorization of red and green subsidies and the S and D treatment for developing countries have been highlighted in this paper. Special considerations of small scale fisheries have also been discussed.
