Abstract
This book provides a comprehensive review of existing and recent environmental and social certification schemes in fisheries and branding. It also provides some assistance t APFIC members on how to make decisions about whether engaging in certification and branding initiatives is a good idea and to comply with the basic mandatory requirements of food safety and hygiene. Traceability is also important in this regard.
