In this paper Egypt provides comments on the contributions submitted by the USA, Korea, Hong Kong, China and Australia in the framework of the negotiations conducted by the Negotiiating Group on Rules on Anti-dumping and SCM. In addition, as a developing Country member and a recent anti-dumping user, Egypt believes that it is premature to expose developing countries to increased disciplines and greater scrutiny under the ADA and SCM.
